Accommodations in testing are modifications or adjustments in test
administration for students with disabilities. Accommodations
provide students with disabilities better opportunities to
demonstrate their knowledge and skills. Testing accommodations
should reflect the particular needs of the individual student.
For students with disabilities, the IEP is the document that
should guide decisions regarding appropriate modifications.
